The Great Northern Adventure — Oslo to Lofoten

Two weeks and roughly 1,400 km north — the big one. Trondheim's cathedral, the Arctic Circle crossing on the Saltfjellet, and then the slow, spectacular island-hop out to the tip of Lofoten, where sharp peaks drop straight into turquoise bays.
