We're flexible on pickup — the exact spot is agreed with you once your booking is confirmed. Our main base is in Oslo at Storo (Engveien 28, 0487 Oslo), a short subway ride from Oslo Central Station, and we arrange pickup and drop-off elsewhere in Norway too, including cities like Trondheim, Bergen, Narvik/Evenes and Tromsø. Airport pickup can be arranged for an additional fee. When you book, just pick the area that suits you and we'll confirm the details.

As a rule, pickup is from 15:00 and return by 12:00 — the exact times are confirmed for your pickup location. Late returns cost NOK 1500 per additional hour unless otherwise agreed.

The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence. A regular class B licence is enough for every vehicle in our fleet — including the motorhomes.

You reserve with a 30% prepayment, paid by card (Visa or Mastercard) through Stripe when you book. The remaining 70% is paid by bank transfer to the camper's owner 30 days before departure. You book a class of camper — we confirm the exact model, and you get an email once it's assigned.

Yes — cancellation is free up to 60 days before departure, and your 30% prepayment is refunded in full. For cancellations within 60 days of departure, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

It's a refundable hold that covers the insurance excess in case of damage. You pay it at check-in when you collect the camper — not before: €1000 for the Campervan, €1500 for the four-berth classes, and €2000 for the larger six/seven-berth and Exclusive motorhomes. It's returned about 30 days after you hand the camper back, less any tolls, parking or fines from your trip, provided the camper comes back undamaged.

Insurance is included in every rental price. If the camper is damaged, you pay only the insurance excess — and never more than your security deposit for the class. Some travel insurance policies and credit cards cover this excess, so it's worth checking yours before you travel.

Every rental includes 250 km per day. Planning a longer route? Just message us and we'll sort out extra kilometres for you.

At pickup, you and the owner do a quick handover together: you open the check-in link in your booking's WhatsApp group, note the odometer and take photos and video of the camper. The same is done at return via a check-out link. It's kept for the whole rental and protects both sides — and it's the basis for settling your security deposit.

The rental includes the camper itself, with its built-in facilities, plus duvets and pillows for the number of guests you book for. Everything else is an optional add-on you choose and pay for when you book — for example a kitchen kit (pots, pans, cutlery), towels, camping table and chairs or child seats. That way you only pay for what you'll actually use. Every camper arrives cleaned inside and out.

All campervans have a leisure battery, so you can charge small electronics and run the diesel heater off-grid. At campsites you can hook up to 230V.

Every camper has an automatic toll tag, so there's nothing to sort out on the road. Your actual toll usage is settled after the rental and deducted from your security deposit before it's refunded.
